Do you give your employees a chance to talk about issues regarding their beliefs and the changing beliefs of your organization? As organizational leaders we cannot sit idly and tell people not to feel what’s going on, we need to allow them to deal with those issues so reconciliation can occur in their own hearts and minds.
Consistency vs. Inconsistency

What do we mean by consistency? Basically we are talking about understanding what we as individuals are driven by; what motivates us, what gives us energy and gives us passion. We are all motivated to do things that give us energy and passion. When we understand what those things are that drive us, those things that are critical to us, we begin understanding how we can live consistently. Unfortunately, sometimes the very things that drive us we do inconsistently because of the conflict in our lives.
